24 hours in advance
We all know that unplanned life issues can come up and you may need to reschedule an appointment.
Please contact me as soon as possible if you are unable to show up for an appointment; at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your early cancellation can give another client an opportunity.
How to cancel
To cancel your appointment, please call +64 21 236 2474. If you do not reach me, please leave a detailed voice mail or send me a WhatsApp or text message with at least your name and day/time of your appointment.
If you would like to reschedule your appointment, please leave your name and phone number. I will return your call promptly.
A cancellation is considered to be late when the appointmentis cancelled without a 24 hour advance notice. There may be a charge of 50% of the normal fee, unless I am able to fill the appointment.
No Show Policy
A 'no-show' is a client who misses an appointment without cancelling it. Not cancelling your appointment will result in you being charged the cost of the total fee.
In the event of being late for an appointment, please be aware that the session may end at the scheduled time, depending on my schedule and full fee is charged.
Sessions are confidential. None will be disclosed to third parties unless there is given consent by the client.
